ABOUT BRUCE
Bruce A. Meyer has been practicing for more than 40 years and has counseled both small businesses and individuals. His practice has focused on the needs of the client and he has worked primarily on general corporate matters, including serving as a general counsel for his clients and estate planning. He has also focused on the creation of business entities and trusts, and real estate transactions.
For over 35 years, he was an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Accounting, Tax and Business Law at Hofstra University and received the Hofstra University Distinguished Teaching Award. In addition, Mr. Meyer has lectured before many professional and business organizations on tax, financial and real estate planning.
Mr. Meyer received his BS in Business with a major in accounting from Lehigh University, graduated from Brooklyn Law School and earned an MBA in Taxation and Accounting from Hofstra University. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the New York State Bar Association, the American Association of Attorney-CPAs, the AICPA, and the New York State Society of CPAs.
